Happy Father’s Day

Happy Father’s Day

Family is our first look at community. It’s in that space that we learn to share and be patient and put others before ourselves and trust those older and care for those younger and vice versa. It’s also the place that we see a glimpse of God’s love for us through our parents. I was blessed with a dad whose presence in my life assured me that a father loves unconditionally, disciplines fairly and sacrifices wholeheartedly. He set the stage and planted the seed for my relationship with God. Don’t buy into today’s trend to speak despairingly about dads. You dad’s make a difference in the lives of your children. Happy Father’s Day to each of you. May your day be filled with blessings from above. Hugs, 2 mama
