There Is More Ahead

There Is More Ahead

We’re often encouraged to live in the moment—to be present. And while that’s a wonderful place to rest, there’s no denying a future exists. Evidence is all around us: scaffolding at a construction site, a detour sign pointing to a new road, a newborn’s cry, a ribbon cutting for a new business. Each one whispers, “There’s more ahead.”
God designed us to live forward—not stuck in yesterday. Even our calendars and watches point us to tomorrow. One of my favorite verses is Jeremiah 29:11: “For I know the plans I have for you… plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
So if today feels messy, unfinished, or uncertain, remember—it’s just part of your construction zone. God is building something in you, and His blueprints always include a hope-filled future.
Have a great week. Hugs, 2 mama (hug pic: all our littles)
