Rest In His Comfort

Rest In His Comfort

Our plan was simple. We would get all kids off to different locations then spend one date night in LA and fly out tomorrow. But, look who’s still with us. The airport is crazy today and, in spite of us being there 2 1/2 hours early, Will missed his flight. Sadly, bad things have a ripple affect and many innocent people are touched by the actions of others. Our flight delay was an inconvenience and in no way compares to the life’s lost today because evil is in this world. You might be struggling today. You might be behind on your bills or sick or just unconvinced by life’s craziness. The only answer is God. This verse always brings me comfort. “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. … Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.” Hugs, 2 mama
