Where can God use You?

Where can God use You?

Last weekend included an amazing trip to Washington DC for the opening of the Museum of the Bible. As awe-inspiring as every inch of that museum is, it pales in comparison to the men and women who sacrificed time, talent and money to make it possible. I was overwhelmed with gratitude as I shook hands with the Green family (they own Hobby Lobby). They have chosen to spend their money for something as impactful as an entire museum dedicated to God’s word. Some will say it’s easy for them because they have lots of money. Don’t buy into that kind of thinking. A giving spirit doesn’t come from what you have, it comes from what you love. This family loves God and that love manifests itself in many ways. One of those ways is to preserve God’s word for generations to come. Could God make that happen without the Greens? Absolutely. But they said, “Yes!” when God laid it before them. For that I am thankful. Have a blessed Thanksgiving week. Enjoy your family time. Take a few minutes of your family time and asked yourselves this question, “Where can God use us?” Hugs, 2 mama
